1.  Turn on the printer and then open the front cover. Press the cancel button and keep holding it until the flashing of printer’s light is not started and then release the button.
2. Close the front cover of the printer. Make sure, toner low, load paper, continue and ready/ data lights all are on.
3.  Press the On/off button from the back of the printer to turn it off and then open the front cover.
4.  Next, you need to remove the power cable of your printer and after waiting for 10 seconds reconnect the cable. Now, turn your printer on and then shut the front cover.
5. Wait until printer finish the POST reset process. Once the printer’s rollers start moving and the machine produces a fan noise, then the reset process is complete

4.   Now, you need to press the cancel button four times slowly. Except the toner low light other lights will turn off. If they don’t, then you need to restart the process from the very first step.
5.   Press and hold the continue button until lights flashing and then release the button.
6.   Turn off the printer while pressing power switch. Wait for 10 seconds and then turn on the machine for completing the reset process.
